Implementation of our projects

Our Program implementation begins with creating a preplanned based on the Strategy and the document developed during our workshop. The process involves identifying suitable timelines for projects, and prioritizing tasks based on your organization’s needs for the year. It takes between 3-5 weeks to finalize the plan. Once the plan is finalized, our team focuses on assisting the needy in executing each identified projects as per the scheduled timelines.
