Our step into this lovely service was in the year 2012 generously beginned by our founder Mr. V.Sam Stephen in Madurai, Tamilnadu a non-governmental organization educates and empowers underprivileged. In which we were raised to do and enjoyed our life. After our process started step by step we planned around. The Trust is employee led and built on employees' ideas especially by our trustees Mr.Ragu and Mr.Satheesh Kumar nativities of Madurai. Not only are the supported charities recommended by E-Careerpluz Trust employees, in addition each grant is closely linked to meaningful employee volunteering opportunities. When our Trust makes grants, the total contribution is not only financial. The Trust gives out Grants once a year and all charities have to be nominated by our employees. The Trust supports not on particular projects or programmes through charities. It is aligned with ECP’s platform Affairs strategy.
We choose partners based on our shared values and mutual interests. This is creating access to opportunities, improving health and well-being, and investing in our communities and environment.
Our hope for the future is that we make a difference to the world around us, in whatever ways we can. And in doing so, we will pass on our values to the next generation, so that they can continue to engage in society around them. Our management aim is to achieve sustainable growth by helping to solve the social crisis in which all the way we could. Our purpose is to strengthen your capacity by streamlining management processes and providing guidelines and tools for better execution.
