On Training days, we bring field experts to meet with and share their opinions and perspectives on the work. It is a great opportunity for the participants to test out new ideas, concepts and new projects with them for feedback. Our Impact Assessment team evaluates the progress made by the organization every quarter.
The evaluation includes measuring satisfaction levels from teams on time invested, targets met, and outcomes achieved. The assessment is translated into a report that is shared. This exercise helps us make suitable adjustments to our plan for the next schedule.
